While we make every effort to insure that you package arrives in good condition, we realize that there are times when you may need to return merchandise, which has been damaged during shipment, or manufacturing. Silk Panties, Thongs, Briefs and Silk Boxers are not returnable or exchangeable, due to Health Reasons. All other silk garments may be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date shipped by following the return procedure.
A sales receipt is enclosed with every package. Please return the sales receipt and be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please include all information; size, color, style of exchange. If original sales receipt is not available you may enclose a note with all information - IMPORTANT original purchaser name must be included.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

* For exchange of undamaged merchandise, garments must be in original condition, and must contain original packaging materials.
- * Return merchandise must be shipped within 2 months of receipt.
- * Upon verification of your return, your account will be credited for the returned garment, less the shipping & handling charges (note if item was sent via a free shipping promotion your return will be credited less the shipping & handling charges that were incurred to ship the items to you).
- * Exchanges must be accompanied with a check of $6.95 for domestic, $9.95 for International to cover shipping and handling of new garment being shipped to you. Otherwise S & H charges will be added to the original credit card used.
- * "All items returned must be in new & original condition". No used or damaged merchandise will be accepted unless otherwise noted by a customer service representative.
- Please reship properly, otherwise a 15% restocking fee will occur.
- NOTE: Any garment return in a non-acceptable condition: i.e. excessive wrinkling, signs of being worn, stains, not returned in timely manner, etc will be refused and returned to original purchaser.
* If garment is returned in an unacceptable manner (i.e. signs of being worn, stained, improperly wrapped for reshipment) it will be refused.

We try to ship within 48 - 72 hours of receiving payment during the business week. Frequently if we receive your order before 2:00 pm EST, we will ship the same day. Are all your products featured on the website?
Yes. If it is not shown on our web site, it is not available. However, you may find the last few offerings of a discontinued style or color in the Sales area of our web site. Please check out the web site often because new products are added regularly.
My cart is empty when I attempt to checkout. What is happening? This has never been a problem before.
Our shopping cart uses cookies to track and maintain the items you place in your cart. And because cookies have been used for malicious purposes, anti-virus, Internet security and firewall programs block cookies by default. Likewise, most of these programs are set to automatically update themselves to maintain the security of your computer. Therefore, the cookie setting could have been changed in the background without your knowledge.
It has also been reported that upgrading the Windows XP operating system to SP2 will block cookies with its auto-enabled firewall settings. Windows is set to automatically update itself as well.
